Regardless of whether you are in to body building, or you just want to firm and tone those muscles, you will find the vast array of plate and free weights a joy to work with. They are easy to adjust, comfortable to use, and more importantly designed to reduce the risk of injury.
The weights area is mainly located in the downstairs section of the club. With plenty of equipment to use and in body-part sections, you'll find it easier and quicker to have a workout.
For those who are a little time restricted, we've got an express area upstairs, where you can have a quick workout and be on your way. |
