In Balance Health & Fitness currently has five Personal Trainers working the gym floor to ensure there is always sound advice and extra motivation available to our members.

All trainers are fully qualified and each has a different area of specialty to ensure we can cater for all of our member's needs.  You will find at least one trainer on the gym floor at all times which is great for peace of mind, especially for beginners.

Our trainers are also available by appointment to create or update a personalised program for you which may be included free of charge to most membership packages on commencement. For those thinking of taking things to the next level, you can book one on one personal training sessions to achieve your results quicker, discover your capabilities and also have the confidence to try new exercises and techniques.

Feel free to ask us anything at anytime or just come and say hello!

Our Fitness Team...

Julie Cooper
Julie was originally a member of In Balance whilst completing her fitness qualifications, and has been part of our team since November 2005. As a newcomer to the industry Julie quickly added to her knowledge by getting involved in many different activities such as setting up a successful Boot Camp in early 2006. Since then she has built a great reputation in the club and has maintained a healthy client list for some time. Her other specialties are Boxercise, Abs/Cardio classes and she has recently established herself as a quality Spin Cycle instructor.
