Dear Valued Members,
It is with a sad heart that I must say that In Balance has gone into receivership and has been forced to close its doors after seven years in North Lakes. It has been a joy over that time to be your local fitness centre and if it could be any different I would do anything in my power to change it. Unfortunately we can not keep our doors open but we have reached a partnership with Genesis Fitness Clubs to honour your existing memberships. So the following changes with Genesis have taken place immediately.
Your current membership, regardless of whether you have an Upfront or Direct Debit agreement, will be valid and nothing will change when it comes to the terms and conditions of your original contract. The only difference is Genesis Rothwell will now be your home club and the billing company will be different if you are currently being debited.
The term of your membership will not commence until 1st June, therefore you will receive the remainder of May for free.
Genesis Rothwell is a 5 star facility offering a huge range of equipment classes, crèche facilities and relaxation zones.
All In Balance members will receive a welcome pack outlining our opening hours, class times and other facilities; you will also receive for entry into the club and a free personal training induction session to get you started. In Balance members will be able to use Genesis Rothwell, Lawnton and Morayfield Clubs.
You must contact Maxine or David on 3886 1888 in the next few days to activate your membership and complete documentation. All transfers must be finalised before the 1st June 2011.
The current In Balance Health and Fitness facility will no longer be available as of Monday 16th May 12pm.
We want to thank you for your support over the last seven years and we look forward to seeing you at the new club for the future.
